Our Summer so far…
We’ve had a SUPER summer this year. Since June we’ve juggled the summer holidays, completing the three peaks challenge raising awareness for homelessness in the UK raising over £1.7k!
Since June, our properties sold were on the market on average for 26 days, the London average being 58 days, achieving 95.49% of the asking price. Despite the political climate and the uncertainty with Brexit we’ve managed to surpass our expectations and performance from previous years with our most popular postcodes being in E1W 3, E14 7, E14 8. Fantastic work Paul & Charlie!
Lettings has also had a great summer, as usual, with Lucy stepping up to become Lettings Manager, guiding the team and adjusting well to new government legislation continuing our amazing customer service.
